Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and delivery network.

What If My Delivery Is Delayed?

What If My Parcel Arrives Damaged?

We pack every order carefully to help ensure it reaches you safely.

If your parcel appears damaged when you receive it, please take photographs of the package and its contents before opening or discarding the packaging, and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs.

We will review the situation and assist you accordingly.

Free shipping is available on orders of ₹1,000 or more.
