Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared or handed over to our delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled as our products are freshly prepared and perishable.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.

Returns

As Velvet Veda products are freshly prepared food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for every customer.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • Your order arrives significantly damaged during transit.

  • Your order cannot be delivered due to an issue on our end.

  • Your order is cancelled before preparation begins.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue
